Started as a business consultant for the property development sector, the Ideal Group of companies has expanded to include property development, as well as project evaluation and monitoring services, business process outsourcing (BPO) and energy management solutions (EMS) provider through its subsidiaries Ideal Home Property (IHP), Ideal Capital Intelligence (ICAP), Ideal Concept Intelligence (ICI) and Ideal Project Intelligence (IPR) respectively.

 

 

 

In less than two decades, the Group has grown steadily, with the Group securing the first property BPO in 2001, expansion into marketing advisory services in 2003, and R&D of energy management solutions for commercial buildings in 2004 with the first i-EMS (Intelligent Energy Management Solution).

At the same time, Ideal Group is developing a series of highly regarded construction projects from luxurious condominium and landscaped landed residential to industrial parks such as Ideal Regency, One Residence, 1-World, I-Avenue, Terrace Plus,KrystalPointCorporatePark, The Palazzia and many more.

With such backgrounds, Ideal Group has become the preferred BPO and EMS service provider that is able to develop properties that are environmentally friendly, with advanced features such as energy saving and other humanistic features.
